Chelsea Rodriquez is a highly skilled and board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience across various healthcare settings, including acute care, emergency care, adult care, and family practice. She obtained her Master of Science in Family Health from Stony Brook University, where she developed a strong foundation in primary care. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Chelsea has shifted her focus to specialize in functional rehabilitation medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and trigger point injections. Chelsea’s dedication to this specialty stems from her enduring passion to significantly enhance her patients’ quality of life. Her primary goal is to assist them in effectively managing pain and regaining peak physical condition, free from discomfort and limitations.

Danielle DelPesce, PA-C

Danielle is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Touro College School of Health Science in 2012 and is a member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiology. Danielle is committed to providing the highest level of care to her patients. She enjoys being involved in the entire patient experience by creating an individualized treatment plan to meet each patient’s unique needs and guiding their care to recovery. Dr. Nicolas Yurick M.S, D.Ac., L.Ac.

Dr. Yurick is a passionate and licensed Doctor of Acupuncture who has a strong background in the healing philosophy of eastern medicine. With a Master’s degree in the science of Acupuncture and Qi Gong Instructor certification, he brings a unique perspective to the world of holistic medicine. Nicolas’s love for ancient Chinese practices led him to study in several hospitals in He Nan Providence, China. Luis, originally from Puerto Rico, began his journey to a healthy lifestyle at a young age, spending most of his time surfing and embracing the island’s natural resources. He completed his Masters in Acupuncture at the New York College of Health Professions in 2021 and has a proven track record in successfully treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. His expertise lies in clinical techniques, all firmly grounded in modern research and trial studies. Luis is deeply committed to providing the highest level of care for his patients, always putting their needs first. What truly makes him stand out is his friendly and positive approach to life, which ensures that the treatments he provides are not just effective but also filled with warmth and encouragement for his patients.

Rich Mallon, PT, DPT, ATC

Rich obtained his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Clinical Health Science in 2012 and a doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 at Ithaca College. He is a licensed and registered NYS Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist. Rich enjoys spending time with his wife outdoors at the beach, fishing, and hiking. He loves sports, played football for Ithaca College, and with that background, enjoys helping everyday athletes of all ages return to what makes them happy.
